What We’ve Done
There’s not enough time to list it all, but trust us—we’ve been around. At HQ, we’ve built influencer marketing programs from the ground up for brands like Ring Concierge, Evolus, Dote Wellness, and Blue Lagoon Skincare. We’ve also introduced brands like Jennifer Behr, Brownlee, and IVL Collective to the world of strategic brand collaborations.
When Brilliant Earth needed to name their iconic new jewelry collection SOL, we named it, created its brand positioning and go-to-market strategy, commissioned its first ever celebrity talent Camila Morrone and held an IRL New York City event with VIP influencers and artist Clym Draws. We revamped the messaging for TEZZA, establishing a new voice for her unicorn photo-editing app with an epic event in La La Land. Not to mention we are alway crafting impactful campaigns for countless brands including Armani, Von Maur, and Dearfoams.
Securing IVL Collective’s and Rachel Parcell’s licensed fashion collections, was the tipping point of our agency supporting creator owned brands who want to scale beyond social media.
Some of the magic happens behind the scenes as well. Jen has orchestrated countless partnerships through JP Inc bringing to life Sincerely Jules x Bandier, Sincerely Jules x Monos, Mary Lawless Lee x Splendid, Tezza x Lola Blankets and countless more. Her expertise in brokering these transformative collaborations set the tone for sell out product launches.
Sarah also works with early-stage founders and brands via Campsix - to align purpose with profit, raise capital, go-to-market and scale. She has helped raise over $5M for female founders and is passionate about closing the gap while continuing to mentoring entrepreneurs through accelerators at Female Founder Collective and Hello Alice.
Evolus
We launched the first influencer program for injectables brand Evolus. The activation kicked off with a successful influencer event in Miami yielding over 1.79M impressions and approximately $500K in EMV. The brand hit its first quarter of profitability.

Blue Lagoon Skincare
We launched a robust US influencer program to for Iceland based skincare company, enlisting paid creators to create content, in addition to whitelisting. For 2023 our campaigns resulted in 20% brand growth.
Brilliant Earth
We created a first-ever brand partnership for Brilliant Earth with Future Earth, launching co-branded merch for Earth Day, a stunning jewelry campaign shoot with founder Steph Step and supported the go-to-market strategy and influencer gifting. The campaign yielded $868K EMV and 171M impressions across press and influencer.
